While Bet365 aren’t overly well-known for offering free bets, they do like to take care of their regular bettors, and it’s highly recommended that you keep a close eye on your email inbox. Why? Because Bet365 like to send out random promotions and bonuses – and many of these are delivered in the form of free bets.

The bookie also like to run promotions alongside special sporting events. For example, big football matches have often dedicated free bet campaigns built alongside them. A good example of this is the World Cup, which takes place every four years. Bet365 Bookmaker Review

With millions of active customers, Bet365 are the biggest name in online gambling – and their proprietary sports betting website is known for being incredibly fast, reliable and easy-to-use. Since the success of their sportsbook, Bet365 have also opened up other online gambling areas, including an online casino, online poker facilities and even a bingo hall. In this Bet365 review, we’re going to be taking a look at all aspects of the site. We’ll begin with a look at the history of Bet365, followed up with a look at the sports and markets which are available at their site.

Later on, we’ll take a look at the homepage itself (whether it’s easy to sign-up, find the Bet365 login screen and so on), and we’ll finish up with a look at the mobile apps available.

Bet365 was founded back in 2000. Initially, the bookmaker was strapped for cash – and its office was located in a Portakabin in Stoke-on-Trent – a small town in the UK. Denise Coates was the brains behind the operation, and she saw a huge gap in the market for an easy-to-navigate and versatile betting website that players from all over the world could use to place bets on their favourite sports and events.

After seeing early success, Coates managed to borrow $15 million from RBS. This was a vast amount of money back in those days, and there was significant media attention around the lend. Later, it came to light that Coates had borrowed the money against the family’s betting shop. (The chain of betting shops was later sold to Coral, in 2005, for a reported sum of £40 million.) It was then that the loan to RBS was paid off – and since then, Bet365 have gone from strength-to-strength.

From its creation, Bet365 has focused on offering customers with as many betting markets as possible. For example, Bet365 allow you to place bets on sports that you literally can’t find anywhere else – and this is arguably one of the biggest USPs of the site; their range of betting markets is phenomenal.

Today, Bet365 have branched out even further, and you’ll find a number of online gambling products available at their website. For example, their sportsbook has grown, and they now offer the largest selection of live/in-play betting markets on the planet. We’ll be taking a look at some of the main sports and markets available at the bookmaker in the section below.

Sports and Markets

As we’ve mentioned continually, Bet365 offer the biggest selection of betting markets on the planet. You’ll find a huge number of sports available – day and night – and their handy, easy-to-use betting interface makes it incredibly easy to work your way around all of the available markets.

As you’d expect, you’ll find a huge number of football, horse racing and tennis markets – and these are the ‘core’ sports that the bookie offers. Within each of these categories, you’ll find hundreds – if not thousands of events to place bets on, and all leagues, from the major European ones to small, African ones are covered.

Other sports are just as widely covered, and let’s take Baseball for a moment. Many people assume that baseball is a UK-only sport. While it’s certainly true that baseball is most popular in the United States, there are a number of other leagues around the world – and Bet365 offer them all. For example, if you’re an early-riser, you’ll be able to enjoy betting on the Korean baseball league.

Even from the main Bet365 login screen, you’ll see that they don’t just offer sports betting either. For example, the bookmaker offers one of the largest selections of Politics markets we’ve ever seen – and this will allow you to place bets on everything from who you think the next President of the United States will be, to when you think the UK’s next General Election will be called. There are also some cool novelty bets which include the likes of betting on the weather, along with various TV shows and sitcoms!

Homepage Overview

At one stage, Bet365 came under criticism for offering a ‘confusing and hard-to-navigate’ user interface. It’s clear that they took player feedback on board, because when the website was re-launched a few years back, things have changed – dramatically. Today, Bet365’s website is one of the most easy-to-navigate and responsive on the planet – and they make it incredibly easy to access all of the different areas of their site.

Take the main Bet365 login screen for example. In fact, as soon as you land on the Bet365 login screen you’ll notice that they’ve made it as easy as possible to create your account – and unlike with some online bookmakers, you only need to enter a few basic details about yourself for your account to be opened.

The entire UI is clear and user-friendly, and we really like the recent search bar that the bookie have added. This search bar allows you to search for your prefered teams, leagues or players and massively decreases the amount of time you need to spend manually trawling through the markets and sports on offer.

We should also point out that Bet365 keep their colour scheme relatively simple. For example, aside from their trademark green, yellow and white colours, you won’t find any blaring pictures or images distracting you as you navigate around their website. While some would say the site looks somewhat bland, we feel as though it’s been developed in a way to maximize the ultimate user-experience, and we honestly don’t have any major complaints about the way in which the site looks.

Mobile Website/Apps

Bet365 make up a small number of bookies who offer a dedicated mobile app. This app is available (free of charge) to all iOS and Android players, and it can be downloaded directly from their website, along with from the relevant app stores. Once installed, the app takes up very little space on your mobile device, and it allows you to access all of the betting markets you’d find on their desktop website. In fact, even the Bet365 login screen is mobile-optimized. Plus, there’s a feature where you can tell the app to ‘remember’ you, which saves you from having to enter your username and password each time you want to login to the app.

If you don’t own an iOS or Android device, or simply prefer not to download anything, then you’ll be pleased to know that Bet365 also offer a fully mobile-optimized website. To access it, you don’t need to download or install any pieces of software, and then the only thing you do need is a working internet connection. Simply open your mobile device’s internet browser and head to the Bet365 login screen, and you’ll then be automatically redirected to their mobile-optimized website. We found the mobile-optimized website to be clean, responsive and easy-to-use – and the loading speeds were incredibly fast, sweetening the betting experience even more.
